TallyWeek started as the board we used to run our own projects. It had to be quick enough that everyone updated it, and simple enough that a client could look at their board and understand it without a walkthrough. That is still the test for every feature.
We ship what works and describe only what shipped. There is no roadmap page full of promises and no feature on this site that is not in the product today. If something is missing, the honest place to say so is the compare pages, and we do.
The company behind TallyWeek is AiroxLab LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA. Support hours run 9am–9pm US Eastern, Monday to Saturday, and when you write in you reach a person who works on the product.
We also make AiroxLab, a website platform for local businesses. It is a separate product with separate billing.
