See what got done without building a report.
A Dashboard view sits on the board next to the table. Its widgets read the same items, so the numbers are always as current as the last edit.
Widgets from what you already track
Counts of items by status, by priority and by group, with the same labels and colours you gave them on the board. Because the widgets read the board's own items, there is nothing to map or configure twice.
Filters apply to dashboards as they do to any view, so a dashboard for this week and a dashboard for a single client can live on the same board.
- Items by status
- Items by priority
- Items by group
- Filtered like any view
- Updates live as items change
Where dashboards help most
Anywhere someone asks how it is going and the honest answer used to take ten minutes to assemble.
Done versus planned this week, and what slipped to next week.
Open the client board's dashboard on the call, filtered to their items.
Leads by stage, so you see where deals pile up.
Questions
Can a dashboard combine several boards?
Not yet. A dashboard reads the board it belongs to. Use the Connect boards and Mirror columns to bring values from another board onto it.
Can I export the numbers?
Through the REST API on the Pro plan you can read every item and count them however you like. There is no CSV export button in the app today.
Can I chart number columns?
Not yet. Dashboards count items today; sums and averages of number columns are on the list.
Are dashboards on the Free plan?
Yes.
