Forms

Requests come in as items, not as emails you retype.

Add a Form view to a board and TallyWeek builds a public form from its columns. Share the link. Each submission becomes an item on the board.

Built from the board's own columns

Choose which columns the form asks for, give the form a title and a thank-you message. Text, long text, numbers, dates, dropdowns, email, phone and link columns all work as form fields.

The form has its own public address. Nobody needs an account to submit, and you can preview it inside the board before sharing.

Questions

Do people need a TallyWeek account to fill in a form?

No. Forms are public. Only the address needs to be shared.

Can I put the form on my own website?

Link to it from a button on your site. A drop-in embed is not available yet.

Are forms on the Free plan?

Yes, on every board.

Can I stop accepting submissions?

Yes. Remove the Form view from the board, or archive the board, and the public address stops accepting submissions.
