Groups, items and subitems
Groups split a board into sections that mean something to your team: this week and next week, stages of a pipeline, clients, sprints. Items live in groups and can carry subitems for the smaller steps.
Every item has a status, a priority, owners, a due date and an updates thread. Add columns for anything else. Rename the status labels and colours per board so the words match how your team talks.

Views that answer different questions
The table is for editing and bulk changes. Kanban is for moving work through stages. The calendar shows what is due when. Gantt shows sequence and dependencies. The dashboard counts and charts. The form brings work in from outside.
Each view keeps its own filter, so one board can have a kanban for the team and a filtered table for a client call.

Questions
How many boards can I create?
As many as you need on every plan, including Free. Limits on the Free plan are about members, not boards or items.
Can two boards be connected?
Yes. The Connect boards column links an item to items on another board, and the Mirror column shows a value from the connected item. Dependency columns link items on the same board for gantt.
Can I hide the built-in Status, Priority or Owner columns?
Yes. Built-in columns can be hidden per board and restored later.
Is there a limit on items per board?
There is no plan limit on items. Very large boards work best with filters and archived groups.
