Content calendar for marketing teams
Plan every post, email and article on one board, see the month in Calendar view, tag by channel, and get a reminder when the publish date arrives.
From idea to published, on one calendar
- 1
Start from the Content calendar template
Groups for Ideas, Drafting, Scheduled and Published, with a Channel dropdown (Blog, Social, Email), a Publish date, a Link and a Tags column. Add your own channels to the dropdown as you go.
- 2
See the month in Calendar view
Items with dates land on the month view. Drag a card to move its date. Switch back to Table to edit in bulk, or to Kanban to walk the pipeline from idea to published.
- 3
Tag by channel and campaign
Use the Channel dropdown for where a piece goes and the Tags column for campaigns, themes or audiences. The Dashboard view then counts what is planned per channel and per status.
- 4
Get reminded before something goes live
Set the item's due date to the publish date and add an automation: when the due date arrives, notify the owner. A second one can move an item to the Published group when its status changes to Done.

Questions marketing teams ask
Is there a calendar view?
Yes. Every board has a Calendar view where items with dates land on a month grid. Drag an item to reschedule it and the date updates.
How do publish-date reminders work?
Automations have a trigger for when the due date arrives. Pair it with the Notify someone action and the owner gets a notification on the day. The same automation can change status or move the item to a group.
Can other teams request content without an account?
Yes. Publish the board's Form view as a public link. Each submission creates an item on the board with the fields the form asks for, so requests land in your Ideas group instead of your inbox.
Can I keep the calendar private from the rest of the company?
On the Pro plan boards can be private, and the permissions matrix controls what each role can do. Guests can be invited to a single board, which suits freelancers and outside agencies.
