Calendar feed

A personal iCal address that any calendar app can subscribe to. Your due dates show up next to your meetings.

Get your link

  1. Open Workspace home and choose the API & calendar tab.
  2. Under Calendar feed, copy the link. It is personal: the long token in it is the only thing protecting the feed, so treat it like a password.
  3. If it leaks, choose Reset link. The old address stops working immediately and you re-subscribe with the new one.

The feed is available on every plan.

Subscribe

  • Google Calendar: on the web, next to Other calendars choose +, then From URL, paste the link and add it. Google refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, usually every several hours.
  • Apple Calendar: File, New Calendar Subscription, paste the link. Choose how often it refreshes.
  • Outlook: Add calendar, Subscribe from web, paste the link.

Do not import the file once; subscribe to the address so changes keep arriving.

What is in the feed

  • One all-day event per live item assigned to you that has a due date, across every workspace you belong to.
  • Items with a start date become multi-day events from the start date to the due date.
  • Finished, archived and trashed items are left out, so the calendar only shows what is still open.
  • Each event carries the board name and a link back to the item.

To limit the feed to one workspace, add ?workspace=<workspace id> to the address. The feed is read-only: moving an event in your calendar does not move the item. Change the due date in TallyWeek and the calendar follows at its next refresh.
