Share a board publicly

1. Open the board and choose Share in the header.
2. Under Public link, switch the link on. Board owners and workspace admins can do this; other members see who has access but cannot change it.
3. Decide whether to show people. When off, the page shows no names or avatars, only the work.
4. Copy the link and send it. Public links are available on every plan.

What the page shows

• The board name and description, its groups and items, with the board's own status and priority labels.
• A Table and a Kanban tab. The viewer switches between them; nothing is editable.
• Text, number, date, checkbox, dropdown, phone, long text, timeline, link, email, rating, progress, tags and country columns, rendered as text.
• Files, connect-boards, dependency, mirror and time-tracking columns are not shown, and neither are updates, subitems or activity.

The page is served with a noindex instruction so search engines do not list it, but anyone who has the address can open it. Do not use a public link for anything you would not put in an email to the same people.

Revoke or reset

• Switch the link off and the page stops working at once. Switch it on again and the same address works again.
• Choose Reset link to issue a new address. The old one stops working immediately, so anyone who should keep access needs the new link.
• Archiving or deleting the board also takes its public page offline.

Public links, guests or forms?

• Public link: read-only, no account, whole board. Best for reporting progress outward.
• Guest (Pro plan): a person with an account and a board role, who can comment or edit as you allow. Best for a client who takes part. See Permissions and sharing.
• Form: write-only, no account. Best for taking requests in. See Forms.
